Terms of Service
These terms apply to the use of this temporary secure file transfer service for users in Latin American markets and other supported regions.
Allowed use
You may upload and share files only when you have the legal right to do so. You must not upload malware, illegal content, stolen data, prohibited content, or files intended to harm another person, device, network or service.
Prohibited content
Prohibited content includes malware, phishing, spam, fraud, illegal sexual content, non-consensual intimate content, unauthorized copyrighted material, stolen personal data, threats, harassment and content that violates applicable law. See our Prohibited Content Policy.
Temporary storage and permanent deletion
Transfers are temporary. Files are automatically scheduled for permanent deletion according to the selected retention period, usually 1 or 2 days. Expired files cannot be restored. Operational logs are temporary and are also deleted after the configured retention period unless we are legally required to preserve limited abuse evidence.
Password protected transfers
If a password is set, the recipient must enter it before downloading. The sender is responsible for sharing the password through a separate safe channel.
No account required
The service works without user accounts. Sender and recipient email addresses are used to deliver and manage the transfer, prevent abuse and send service messages.
Advertising
To support the service, download flows may display advertising, including popup or interstitial ads, before the file download starts. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Cookies Policy and Privacy Policy.
Rate limits and abuse prevention
We may limit upload creation, email delivery, contact submissions, page views and downloads to protect the service from spam, bots and abuse. If a limit is reached, you may see a message asking you to wait before trying again.
Service availability
The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Uploads or downloads may be interrupted by internet connection issues, hosting limits, abuse prevention, maintenance, advertising systems or security controls.
Abuse and copyright complaints
We may block, remove or refuse transfers that appear abusive, unlawful, harmful, automated at excessive volume, or contrary to these terms. Report abuse or copyright issues through our contact form.
